    If you live in New York City, work with me in the clinic! My main office is at 3 Jay St in Tribeca. I also have a satellite location on the Upper East Side with limited appointment availability.

    Virtual Sessions

    If you don’t live in New York City or wish to work with me remotely, virtual sessions provide a flexible and convenient option for your care. We will work together on a secure video platform that you can access right through your phone.

    Concierage Sessions

    Concierge sessions provide convenient, direct in-person care in the comfort of your own home. Appointments are limited to those who live in New York City. Concierge fees apply and vary based on location.

    Comprehensive and holistic, I take a 360° view of your body, how you use it, and how it’s working (or not working!) together.

  • Hands on Treatment

    Whether it’s my hands or your own, we’ll use specific techniques to help release areas of restriction that contribute to your pain or dysfunction.

  • Movement Training and Exercise

    I will retrain how your body functions. By changing your movement strategies and building new strength, you will break the cycle of pain.

  • Education

    Understanding the “why” behind everything we do, you will leave sessions feeling empowered and confident in how to move, feel and live well.
