Hi, I’m Dr. Jessica

I am so happy you are here!

I started my physical therapy journey in orthopedics and sports medicine, treating a diverse clientele of patients with chronic pain to elite athletes and Broadway performers.  I never thought I would enter the pelvic health world, but being a naturally curious person, I was interested in finding out how the pelvic floor impacted my patients. Often, it was the missing link to resolving their chronic low back pain or improving their movement patterns.  From there, I was hooked and pursued specialty training and extensive continuing education coursework to help me better identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction and the why behind it.  I’m thankful for all the learning opportunities and training I’ve received, as they have given me a unique skill set that allows me to work successfully with a wide variety of patients. This has led me to become the practitioner of choice when conventional physical therapy fails.

I decided to open my practice because I wanted to provide expert, quality care while having the freedom to work with patients in a way that is not bound by the restrictions of our current medical system.  All too often, patients feel unheard and unseen – handed off to other providers and left feeling hopeless and stuck. I believe you are best able to heal in an environment where you feel safe and can express yourself.  A place where you can come just as you are, not defined by society's standards, your pain, or your diagnosis. You have a story to tell, and I am interested in your story!  Let's remove the communication barriers that hinder your healing. I believe that taking care of your body should be easy, and you should leave appointments understanding the treatment plan and a little more about what it takes for you to move well, feel well, and live well.

Relief from your symptoms exists for you!  I believe the body has the power to heal itself. My role is to help facilitate that healing by working alongside you and providing you with the tools you need to be better than ever!  I’d be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
