Pregnancy and Postpartum

I am passionate about improving healthcare for those who are pregnant and postpartum. I work with people at all stages of pregnancy and postpartum to help them reach their goals and feel great in their bodies. I treat various conditions like prolapse, diastasis recti, incontinence, pain, and more. Besides one-on-one sessions, I currently offer two integrative programs to address the unique needs of this specific population.

 

Pelvic Health

I help patients overcome an array of pelvic floor conditions, including but not limited to pelvic pain disorders, gut dysfunction, bowel and bladder symptoms, sexual dysfunction, fertility challenges, and more.

 

OrthoPedic Injuries

I take a holistic, whole-body approach to treatment. Acute or chronic, I treat you from head to toe. By finding the driver of your pain and dysfunction, I will help you reach your specific goals and find long-lasting relief.

 

Athletic Enhancement and performance

Since moving to New York City, I have helped dozens of Broadway Performers return to the stage. Dealing with an injury or pain that keeps you from reaching your athletic and performance goals can be devastating. Whether your goal is to compete in a tough mudder, run a marathon, or return to work on stage, I believe everyone has unlimited, untapped athletic potential.
